The Mini Art Sessions

Terms & Conditions – Holiday Mini Sessions

1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

• All bookings are final and non-refundable.

• Your time slot cannot be held without payment.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Mini sessions are offered on specific dates only and cannot be rescheduled.

• If you are late, your session time will be shortened accordingly.

• No-shows will not receive a refund.

 

3. Session Details

• Holiday Minis are 45 minutes long (adjust timing if needed).

• These sessions are designed for immediate family only (parents + children).

• Extended family members (grandparents, cousins, etc.) are not included.

 

4. Outfit & Preparation

• Please arrive fully dressed and ready to begin.

• Changing outfits during the session is not permitted due to limited time.

 

5. Deliverables

• You will receive edited 10 digital images only (no RAW files).

• Additional edited photos may be purchased separately.

 

6. Image Delivery Time

• The final gallery will be delivered within 48 hours via an online link.

 

7. Editing & Retouching

• Standard color correction and light retouching are included.

• Advanced retouching ( body shaping, clothing fixes, object removal) is available for an additional fee.

 

8. Copyright & Usage

• Photographer retains copyright to all images.

• Clients receive personal-use rights to print and share images.

 

9. Studio Policies

• Please arrive on time as sessions are scheduled back-to-back.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Photographer is not responsible for accidents or injuries on set.
